Roy O'Gwin Obituary

Roy Wesley O’Gwin, known as Wes, of Bay Minette, AL passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at the age of 64. He was born in Birmingham, AL on October 17, 1959 and lived in Alabama until the age of 6 when he moved to Wheaton, IL and lived in Illinois until 2003 when he returned home to Alabama. He loved hunting, fishing, history and Alabama football.

He is survived by his parents, Roy and Peggy; his brothers, Bruce and Michael; sister-in-law, Monica; nephew, Bryce; niece Hannah; nephew-in-law, Tom; aunt, Donna as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends, Sheila and John.

There will not be any services at this time. Future announcements will be made.

He is now at home with the Lord. Thank you from the family to all the doctors, nurses and Baldwin EMT for your care of Wes. Bless you all.
